1. RANCH BARBECUE: Tender beef brisket, sliced chicken breast, and sausage served with bbq sauce, pinto beans, home-style potato salad, creamy coleslaw, pickles, peppers, onion slices, dinner rolls, warm peach-apple-cherry cobblers.
   
   
2. RANCH TEX-MEX: Beef and Chicken Fajitas served with Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, pica de gallo, fresh salsa, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes, flour tortillas, and sopapillas for dessert.
   
   
3. PASTA STATION: Penne, tri colored rotini, bow tie, spinach fettuccini w/Marinara and Alfredo sauces, marinated chicken, fresh garlic, chopped onions, sun dried tomatoes, garlic bread.
   
   
4. FRUIT, CHEESE, AND VEGETABLE STATION: Table Lavishly layered with seasonal fruit, vegetables, and cheese with attendant.

   MEAL SERVICE:

   Served buffet style for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Service includes disposable plates, plastic silverware packets, skirted serving tables, red & white checkered table top coverings for guests tables, utensils, chafers, iced tea, coffee, soft drinks, lemonade, dinner rolls, and food attendants based on number of guests.    In Season Fruit Tray: $4.95 per person:
   With seasonal sliced fresh fruits: Kiwi, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, honey dew, cantaloupe, watermelon, served with special sauce.
   All you can eat Popcorn: $. 75 per person.

   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OPTIONS:

   We offer 3 options for your alcoholic beverages requirements:
   1. *B.Y.O.B.:
      You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. We will provide a server for your beer, wine, and frozen machine drinks. However, you must have a TABC bartender to serve mixed drinks. We can provide the bartender for $18.00 per hour, per bartender or you can provide your own. If you provide your own, we must see his/her license.

      We have Margarita, Daiquiri, Pina Colada frozen drink machines available for rental for $125.00 each. Frozen drink mixes cost $25.00 each and will serve approximately 47 9oz servings each. You will provide alcohol required for the mix.

   2. Beer, Wine, and Margarita Cash Bar:
      With this option you will need to purchase two bar tickets at $3.50 each for each person over the age of 21 years attending your event. When the tickets are use up, the bar becomes a cash bar.

   3. You may choose not to have alcoholic beverages.
   *A $250.00 bar fee is charged for all events unless your option is number 3. Bar fee includes a server per 100 guests for beer, wine, frozen drink machine drinks. Bar fee also includes soft drinks, coffee, ice, cups, straws, bar napkins, sugar packets, and creamer packages. Mixers are not provided. **We ask that you bring beer in cans or kegs, and wine in boxes. ***We will pick up kegs of beer and boxes of wine from a local vendor for a $40.00 pick up and return fee.
